How to get to Arnarstapi
The road distance from Reykjavik to Arnarstapi is 193 km
Directions from Reykjavik
Take Road 1 to Borgarnes. On the way you’ll drive
through the Hvalfjordur tunnel (toll gate).
As you leave Borgarnes, take the second exit from the round-about onto
Road 54.
Stay on Road 54 until you come to the junction of
Road 54 and Road 574.

Stay on road road 574 until you see the roadsign
to Arnarstapi turn left to Arnarstapi and the Arnarbaer (restaurant and guesthouse
lobby) will be on your left side.
On the way there are information signs with maps.
- Just before you come to Borgarnes town (on road 1).
- Outsite the gas-station "Vegamot" at the junction of road 54 and 56.
