Directions from Reykjavik
Take Road 1 to Borgarnes. On the way you’ll drive through the Hvalfjordur tunnel (toll gate).
As you leave Borgarnes, take the second exit from the round-about onto Road 54.
Stay on Road 54 until you come to the junction of Road 54
and Road 574. (Utnesvegur)
Stay on road road 54 to cross the Snaefellsnes
peninsula over the Frodar-heidi then make a left (west) turn onto road 54
until you come to Olafsvik town.
On the way there are information signs with maps.
- Just before you come to Borgarnes town (on road 1).
- Outsite the gas-station "Vegamot" at the junction of road 54 and 56.
When you come to Olafsvik you are on the street Olafsbraut - Pass the Olis gas station and the Hotel will be on your left site.
